It was announced today that Amy Adams has been cast as Lois Lane in Zack Snyder’s upcoming Superman movie. Adams reminds me more of Lana Lang than Lois Lane, but she’s a fine actor, and she’s got that feisty quality you want in an intrepid alien-boffing journalist. If more journalists followed Lois Lane’s lead and constantly tried to jump into bed with spandex-wearing extraterrestrials, this profession would mean something again.
Then I thought it would be really cool if they cast a microwave oven as Lois Lane, because you could work in a crucial plot point about a Kryptonite-laced Hot Pocket.
Trust me – whatever Zack Snyder is planning for this film, my Hot Pockets idea is way, way better.
Here’s some concept art.
The moon is in there for scale. It’s also rapidly becoming a signature part of my artistic style.
