UPDATE: Marshall Burns has told me that they are just working with them in a management capacity, which means Young Soul is still a two-label band at the moment. As you were.
A recent tweet from Regina heartbreakers Rah Rah says they’ve partnered up with Hidden Pony and Upper Management. Upper Management Recording Company is, appropriately, a management firm as well as a label, but many of the artists they represent, including Hannah Georgas and Said the Whale, also appear on the label. Odds are good Rah Rah have found a new home for future records.
This would leave Library Voices as the sole act on Regina label Young Soul Records.
I’ll update this post when new information comes up.
