Not my cup of tea, I must admit. I concede Abba had a way with a hook and a line. And the two women (pictured left) were hot in a glam bimbo sort of way. So some of their tunes aren’t intolerable. I just don’t think I could tolerate a whole show that maybe runs two hours devoted entirely to Abba”s music.
Others, obviously, view the matter differently. This award-winning Broadway musical opens tonight at Conexus Arts Centre. It runs Oct. 5-9 at 8 p.m., Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m., with matinees Oct. 9-10 at 2 p.m. Tix are $59 and up.
