Back during the 2008 presidential election a majority of California voters declared to the world they were a bunch of homophobic fuckpiles when they voted to have their state ban gay marriage — a prohibition which, by the way, is every bit as disgusting, ignorant and repulsive as citizens voting to ban, say, interracial marriage. And if it matters, I say that as a straight dude with no interest in marrying any male Californians, however cute they may be.
Today, a federal judge ruled the ban is unconstitutional (L.A. Times). In other words, the stupid, evil legislation violates the United States constitution. This has implications for fuckpile troglodytes all across the U.S.
There’ll be a lot more drama to come on this yet but it’s a big, big win for the forces of freedom, love and goodness.
And so, bigoted, anti-gay California fuckpiles, I ask you most sincerely to suck it hard. You lose. Ha ha!
