MUNICIPAL HERITAGE ADVISORY COMMITTEE (12:15 pm): Yeah, this happened yesterday. Not a lot on the agenda though. They considered their work plan for 2010 and there was a presentation about using something called Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places.
Tuesday, July 6
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE (4 pm): REACH (Regina Education and Action Child Hunger) are seeking a lease extension for space at 1250 Winnipeg St that they rent from the city. The 2009 Public Accounts (that is, a list of how much the city spent on everything last year) are passing through the committee on their way to council. And, also being considered, is a report on the feasibility of bringing the pensions for casual and elected officials in-house.
As always, you can download full reports and agendas on the city’s website.
