Tomorrow on a 700 acre farm just outside the town of Manchester, Tennessee the Bonnaroo music festival gets underway. Myself and Kim Jay are in Nashville en route to the festival and will be bringing the experience to you, dear reader, through the modern miracle of the Internet. So consult the oracle Thursday through Monday and check back here at the dog blog to virtually visit the greatest music festival in the United States of America.
The line-up at this epic event includes great bands like The Flaming Lips, Stevie Wonder, The Black Keys, Dave Matthews Band, Blitzen Trapper and literally hundreds more music and comedy acts from around the world. As one of the largest indie rock festivals in the USA, about 80,000 people are on their way to create a tent city triple the size of Moose Jaw in the middle of nowhere, Tennessee. Fuelled by liquor, drugs, music and good vibes the Bonnaroo music festival is an experience beyond political and geographical boundaries so stay tuned here to be a part of the legend of Bonnaroo 2010.
